Cost of college went up for all students at Pike-Lincoln Technical Center

Tuition and fees rose 4.2 percent for 2018-19 at Pike-Lincoln Technical Center, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Missouri students paid $12,500 to attend the public school this year – $500 more than the $12,000 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 86 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 24 students received grants or scholarships totaling $163,283 and 18 students took out student loans totaling more than $97,440.

Including all undergraduates (33), 26 students used grants or scholarships totaling $201,834, and 18 students took out $102,940 in federal student loans.
